Corrections Policy

We correct material factual errors transparently. Corrections remain attached to the affected story and appear in the public Corrections Ledger. Update means new information was added; clarification means wording or context was made clearer; correction means a factual error was fixed. This starter policy should be reviewed and customized by the publisher.
